Reclaim your center and reconnect with nature this fall among friends at Mount Sanitas in Boulder, CO Thursday mornings at 8:20am. Dates: October 19,26 and November 2,9,16. Our 1 hour centering hikes will include vigorous walking on steep terrain and trailside meditation. We will close our circle each morning with grounding and spiritually uplifting affirmations. We will meet at the Sanitas Valley Trail picnic shelter on the north side of Mapleton Ave/Sunshine Canyon, west of 4th Street. Parking is available along the street and at the Centennial Trailhead.
